    I live in Canada. I can't imagine the medical bills that the people in the US get. We get surgery, stay in hospital, get tests, and we don't get a bill. Our system isn't perfect, but I'll take it over how it is in the US.

    If u have leaky gut, gluten is not good for u. It leads to autoimmune diaeases and u dont need to have celiac to not tolerate gluten (in wheat).

    min 22:23 : Temporal Arteritis : gravity, flip upside down. Jog for 15 min twice/day for N.O. Green veg with Balsamic Vinegar for N.O. Food : Dr McD diet. Cut fructose/salt. Intermittent fasting 18/6, 17/7. Kelp, Mackerel... with B6, B12 and folic acid. Coffee for blood flow once/day. Good sleep to keep the brain healthy and brain fog out. Same for : Avascular Necrosis, to improve facia muscles and capillaries in the back, to prevent severe cataracts, wisdom teeth pain...it's all about money flow and blood flow.

    Wheat causes thyroid disease, attacks they thyroid because the molecular structure of wheat looks like the molecular structure of the thyroid. Same with the pancreas, the molecular structure of milk is similar to the pancreas. When you are sensitive or allergic to these items you will most likely develop an autoimmune disease. I did to wheat and had over and then under active thyroid. Giving up wheat got rid of the antibodies and stopped my body from attacking what is left of my thyroid. They have know this for years but have not shared with the public.

    Just seeing 'more and more 'Doctors..... speaking in these terms..... exposing some 'Truths....and not just here, as our good Doc Welch outlines..... to begin the 'Cascade' of Treatments and Schedulings, for Revenue. I'm now fully convinced, for many of us.....'Not being pulled into the Screening 'guessing-game'.. ...is perhaps the right choice. Go watch videos of what the 'Biopsy' disaster, is all about... Essentially a Hoax. And could end up leaving you with permanent erectile issues and damage. Even 'spread' some pathogen....if they find it, and it's not done right. ( 'trans-rectal) No thank you. I'm not going to put myself thru this very awkward, uncomfortable, painful, intrusive, and potentially 'damaging' ( or... worse) barbaric procedure, to satisfy some "Urologist', whose on the Company-Man' dole. It's all about the Revenue and staying clear of the 'Hospital Industrial Complex'....if possible.

    It's my understanding, though, that the frequent urination would ALSO be accompanied by constant thirst. A diabetic drinks cups and cups of water throughout the day yet always feels thirsty. And lastly, in addition, these two things would be accompanied by feeling run down, lack of energy. Thus, if the energy levels are sky high and you're nice and trim -- due to eating the McDougall or Esselstyn way of eating for years -- and there is no abnormal or excessive thirst cravings, then the frequent urination alone would more likely be something like an overactive bladder (OAB).

    Dairy has the same Myleenshief protein that is in the pancreas. If you get an order immune response to dairy protein, you can cause type on diabetics in young kids.

    Nothing causes diabetes and makes it harder to reverse more than being slack about dietary fat intake, keeping dietary fat below 10 g per day will eliminate any risk of diabetes, Carbs FTW!! 💪💪💪

      Your glucose would be super low if you consumed nothing but cocaine for four days, too. That does not mean cocaine cures diabetes. Though fasting could help. You don't understand the problem. It's not glucose, it's the lack of effectiveness of your insulin. And saturated fat blocks insulin receptors. That's why type 2 diabetes is caused by too much FAT in your diet. Go ahead and eat your fat then try some sugar. You'll see. It'll be in your blood for hours. Now someone with super low fat in their blood will eat sugar and it clears in 45 minutes. You are NOT cured of diabetes just because your glucose is low. Diabetics get low blood sugar, too, they're still diabetics.

      Challenge yourself with a meal of a 4 cups cooked white rice and two pounds of sweet potatoes. If your glucose spikes to 200 to 250mg/dL or 11 to 14mmol, and stays in that range for hours, you're diabetic.

    As someone who followed Starch Solution for 7 years, it is extremely frustrating to see you still promoting this diet. With all the current leading edge research in nutrition it is clear your high carb low fat recommendation is outdated and harmful. It can lead to numerous issues like non alcoholic fatty liver disease, loss of muscle mass, and deleterious effects on mental health. For example, the latest research is showing Omega 3 is essential for brain health, and yet here you are still recommending people eliminate all fats. I would imagine you would wish to study these new findings???? --> Updated to respond to comments strongly supportive of this HCLF diet, please please inform yourselves on the latest research. I think the only reason nobody has sued these doctors is that very few vegans, and especially low fat vegans really adhere 100% to the protocols. The ones that have are dead or completely deteriorated. If you do have a high level of adherence to HCLF please monitor your health especially at the 5 year mark and beyond. My doctor was baffled that not only was my LDL very low but there was pretty much an absence of HDL, which is not good and a direct result of this diet. Don’t even get me started on the elevated liver enzymes indicative of non alcoholic fatty liver disease due to this high carb, low protein diet.

      He recommends no OILS. You can eat fats. Omega 3 is in nuts and seeds, for example. The Japanese in Okinawa ate 85% starch. They were the longest living, healthiest, people on the planet. You ignore past civilizations that lives almost entirely on starches, vegs, and fruit while not having ANY of our modern diseases. But we are talking 85% starch. That other 15% was small amounts of fish, or soy, etc. Take omega 3 supplements if you want. Be smart. Understand what he's telling you. You will be much better off eating boiled potato and broccoli then a greasy pepperoni pizza, greasy steak, or fried fish and chips. This is common sense.
